How long will it take for my Tablescape to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK, and 7-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I return individual items from a curated set?
To maintain the integrity of our curated collections, we only accept returns for complete Tablescape sets. Individual items purchased separately are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.
Are your linens and glassware dishwasher and machine safe?
Most of our linens are machine washable on a delicate cycle, and many of our glassware collections are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing our hand-painted ceramics and gold-rimmed glassware to preserve their finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our homeware and tablescape collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our fragile items, but if something arrives broken, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and your order number for a replacement.
Can I include a personalized gift note with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select the gift option and enter a personalized message which we will hand-write on a signature Mrs. Alice card.
